ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Deliv is seeking a top performing engagement manager to join our high achieving customer success team, targeting the nation’s leading retail and eCommerce companies in the U.S. In this role, you will lead all aspects of implementations, ensuring that projects meet established time, cost, business and technical objectives as well as drive reference rich relationships.

This role requires a high degree of cross functional interaction with both Deliv and customer organizations. You will interact with executives, engineering and operations groups within the Deliv organization as well as at all levels from store operations, project management and C-Level executives within the largest retailer enterprises across the country. You will need to gain in-depth understanding of each customer’s challenges and opportunities as it relates to offering a successful Same Day Delivery service offering.

Location of candidate is flexible and reports to the Director of Customer Success.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Understand our customers’ requirements for business success to design and drive a successful implementation from both a technical and operations perspective
  • Build long lasting relationships and drive profitable engagements starting from the concept phase through the complete lifecycle of the partnership
  • Drive best practices with the customer to ensure the implementation properly promotes Same Day Delivery and maximizes potential adoption of the service
  • Steer the direction of the user experience on the customer’s e-commerce website that provides the most intuitive path for a customer to choose Same Day Delivery via Deliv
  • Steer the technical integration with a customer’s enterprise system (E-Commerce, Order Management, etc.)
  • Configure customer’s operational dependencies within the Deliv application
  • Design and execute of test plans and mock go live to ensure readiness for go live
  • Debug technical issues that may arise during the project
  • Conduct project progress reviews with client and account team personnel, providing contingency and facilitate problem resolution plans as required
  • Coordinate and conduct customer training for both corporate teams and store associates to ensure a successful omni-channel rollout of Same Day Delivery
  • Develop and manage the project’s change control procedures and effectively utilizes all available methodologies and tools, culminating in client acceptance of results
  • Work closely with the customer to report on hours spent, deliverables and project billing

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the implementation of Enterprise projects (or equivalent)
  • Consulting experience with F500 enterprises across all levels including C-level executives
  • Demonstrated project management experience from a leading enterprise software, logistics or consultancy organization
  • Extraordinary organization skills and the ability to multi task and continuously assess importance versus urgencies within a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience developing standardized project implementation programs as well as experience with standard project tools and templates
  • Ability to generate insightful reports/analyze data through reporting tools. SQL experience is a plus.
  • Capable of operating at a high-performance level without significant oversight from management and being resourceful about acquiring necessary knowledge on their own

Community Manager - Roswell, GA

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing Community Team as a clever and resourceful Community Manager. • Provide daily support for independent contractors starting when they are onboarded and throughout their time on the platform

Community Operations Manager for Engagement and Retention

Community Operations Manager Role Overview

The Community team engages our contracted driver community across the country. As we continue to scale, we need a Community Operations Manager to lead and grow the Engagement and Retention team. The Operations Manager keeps a thumb on the pulse of the operation, tracks the labor requirements of each district, understands the dynamics of the driver pipeline and catalysts in retention, and can curate world-class remote training. The Ops Manager can develop and leverage tracking strategies to monitor, evaluate, and report on the impact of programs and make recommendations for program enhancement and improvements with the community.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the Team. Establish community management team goals and work with your direct reports (including remote employees) on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and communicating results.
• Manage Capacity. Schedule driver availability to service volume forecasts and respond to real-time fluctuations.
• Retain. Develop programs to increase contracted driver engagement on the platform and overall retention.

The Community team engages our contracted driver community across the country. As we continue to scale, we need an operationally-minded and communications-savvy Director of Community Engagement and Retention to lead and grow this division. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Drive revenue generation against defined goals through prospecting, qualifying and closing new business in proven market segments such as floral, baked goods, pharma and others.

• Generate new, qualified SMB leads through a mixture of outbound calling and email campaigns.

Deliv is looking for a tenacious and driven Inside Sales Rep to join our sales team to focus on expanding our portfolio of SMB (small and medium business) customers.
