How do I sign up?

It's really simple!  The process is automated and flexible to your schedule. You can reach out to the Community Team at any point. Email drive@deliv.co

All you'll need to do is:

  • Start your application on-line. Click here to begin.
  • Complete our online screening process.
  • Once qualified, you will need to submit required documentation.
  • Pass a DMV and background check.
  • Complete our online certification & pass a short quiz.
  • Submit your availability and start deliv'ing!

How will I be compensated?

If you accept and complete deliveries, earnings will be paid weekly. You will also receive a statement of your settlement each week.

Deliv Driver Partners are paid for their time on task and delivery miles. Your contracted hourly block rate is listed in your contract.

Zipments Courier Partners are paid per delivery. The amount paid for each dispatch will be shown before you accept the delivery task.

Can I choose my own hours?

Yes! As an independent contractor partnering with Deliv, you always have ultimate control over your schedule.

You select the hours you want to Deliv each week. Want to take a vacation? No problem. Only want to Deliv in the mornings? Great!

Simply grab hours on the schedule.  The schedule is released weekly - schedule release is a great time to grab hours! More hours are added daily so check back or add yourself to the waitlist!

Driver partners that took our recent survey all agreed that the #1 thing they love about Deliv is our fantastic flexibility when it comes to scheduling.

What will I be delivering?

Items from malls and retailers including, but not limited to, clothing, flowers and gift baskets including alcohol (ID check of customer required when delivering alcohol). No shopping or money transactions required.

How long are delivery routes and where will items be delivered?

Deliveries are generally made within a 15 mile radius of the given pickup location.

Typically items are delivered to residences, hotels, and workplaces, but we go pretty much wherever the customers may be.

Can I deliver by foot or bike?

All of our markets are vehicle only, except for New York City. We have spots for walkers and bikers in this area.

What type of smartphone is required?

  • Android or iPhone
  • Data and text plan required
  • Phone must remain ‘on’ and charged in order to receive and complete delivs
  • Use and integrate your favorite navigational app!

What if I feel unsafe while making a delivery?

Your safety and success are very important to Deliv.  If you have the slightest concern, please call our Driver Support line through your driver app immediately.

What is Deliv's Insurance Policy?

We hope that you never get into an accident but accidents do happen, and it’s important you know how and when our Deliv policies cover you. The following is an overview of how our insurance policies work and the coverages included in our insurance policies (unless otherwise noted, these coverages are in effect from the time you pickup a package until the time you deliver the last package in app).

Note: You must carry state minimum limits of Insurance on your personal auto and carry a valid license in good standing to be covered.

Liability Coverage

Our insurance policy is designed to kick in if you are in an accident and at fault and your personal insurance denies coverage, or the limits are exhausted. The policy has a $1,000,000 per accident and an additional access policy to max limit of $ 10,000,000.

Contingent Collision Coverage

Our contingent collision coverage is designed to cover physical damage to your vehicle resulting from an accident as long as you have obtained collision coverage on your personal automobile policy. The policy has a $2,500 deductible and a $50,000 maximum for physical damage to your vehicle. This policy is designed to step in if the party at fault falls short or are uninsured and your personal insurance fails to respond.

Contingent Comprehensive Coverage

Our contingent collision coverage is designed to cover physical damage to your vehicle resulting from a non-collision event (for example a fire, vandalism, a natural disaster, etc.) as long as you have obtained comprehensive coverage on your personal automobile policy. The Deliv policy is a $2500 deductible and a $50000 maximum for physical damage to your vehicle. This policy kicks in if your personal insurance fails to respond.

How do Taxes Work?

As an independent contractor, you will file taxes according to the self employment guidelines. Our team will send you a 1099 form that you will use to report the income earned as a Deliv driver partner. Please contact your tax advisor for more specific information.

What if I don't have a car?

Please note that partnering with Maven Gig does not automatically qualify you to partner with Deliv, and that you must separately complete the Deliv sign up process where our qualifications and availability restrictions apply.
